How do I claim my certificate?

The certificate will be visible in the course player. You will be able to claim it once you've completed all learning activities. You will be prompted to add your name and you can instantly download your certificate.

What is the "course player"?

This is where you access all your course contents. It incudes any course downloads, as well the course feedback form and the course certificate.

I have a query and need help

We're here to support you. You can use the Ask Instructor button on your "My Dashboard" page. Let us know what you need help with and your instructor will reply. Or you can email us at quality@metroncollege.com 

How can I see how much of the course I've completed so far?

Click on My Courses. You'll be able to see the course(s) you've enrolled on to plus new courses you can try out. On the course card that you've enrolled on to, you can see a progress bar that will show you the percentage of the course that you've completed.

I'm not satisfied with the course, what can I do?

We strive to satisfy every learner. If you feel that we couldn't live up to your expectations then you can ask for a refund for a paid course. But this must be in line with the terms and conditions - see this in the footer at the bottom of our website. You would have accepted these before enrolling on to your course. For a free course, we ask that you provide us feedback using the course feedback form. We value feedback to help us improve the quality of our course.
